These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tickt and the tickt.ai website (together, the "Services"), operated by Wayve AI FZ-LLC ("Wayve AI", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at social@tickt.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use.
3. The Services
Tickt helps venues, organizers, and promoters sell tickets, fill bookings, track promoter performance, and automate payouts. Features and availability may change as we improve the platform.
4. Fees and commissions
Plan fees and per-ticket commissions appear on our pricing page and apply based on the plan you choose. We may update pricing with reasonable advance notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Payments and payouts
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Payouts to organizers, venues, and promoters follow the schedule and conditions described in your account. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any applicable taxes.
6. Acceptable use
When you use the Services, you agree to:
- Follow all applicable laws and event regulations.
- Provide accurate information about your events and yourself.
- Respect the rights, safety, and data of attendees and other users.
- Use the Services only through the interfaces we provide.
You agree to refrain from misusing the Services, interfering with their operation, or attempting to access them in unauthorized ways.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, and branding, belong to Wayve AI and its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. Your own event content remains yours, and you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the Services.
8. Third-party services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party tools, such as payment and messaging providers. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties beyond those expressly stated here.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Wayve AI for any claim related to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are excused from liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11. Indemnity
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Wayve AI and its team from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached or where we are investigating suspected misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The competent courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable free zone rules.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always appear here with the date below. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
